Quinoa and bean burrito recipe

Ingredients For Quinoa and bean burrito recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the red kidney beans. Soak the quinoa in water for 20 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan add water. Once it starts boiling, add quinoa.
  • 3. Add salt to taste and let it get cooked.
  • 4. Cook till it is done and quinoa turns out fluffy. Keep aside.
  • 5. In a pan add oil. Add cumin and let it splutter.
  • 6. Add chopped onion and saute. Add salt to the proportion of onions and let it turns translucent.
  • 7. Now add red chilli garlic paste. Mix well
  • 8. Now add tomatoes and bell peppers and let it sauteed.
  • 9. Add boiled rajma/ red beans and mix well. You can also add little water of rajma while making this stuffing.
  • 10. Now add salt, paprika, Chipotle, pepper powder, seasoning and milk well.
  • 11. Let veggies and beans get combine with masalas well.
  • 12. Mix in it cooked quinoa and combine well.
  • 13. Stuff this into tortilla. Fold it.
  • 14. Cut it into halves. Serve with tomato pica de galo.
