Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook toor dal fr 3to4 whistles an when cool smash it nicely
  • 2. In a kadai add oil fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, methi seeds, dry red chilli
  • 3. When crackle add tasty tales Mylapore vathal kozhambu an mix well & sambar pd d
  • 4. Then add the cooked dal into it an mix well.
  • 5. Then in another cooker add oil fry onions, an tomatoes an mix well then add tasty tales Mylapore vathal kozhambu an mix well
  • 6. Then add the raddish an salt an mix well an pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
  • 7. Then wen cool add it to the sambar an salt an mix well. Add a small piece of tamarind pulp to it fr flavour
  • 8. Then add salt an chopped coriander leaves an mix well
