Ingredients For Raw Mango Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate the mango and potatoes.
  • 2. Now you have to cut onion, garlic and chilli.
  • 3. Now pour all the grated and cut ingredients in 1 bowl Mix well with chilli, turmeric-cumin powder, salt and a little sugar, besan, rice powder and black cumin and leave for 2 minutes. Then you have to make all the round chapatta like pakoda.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan. Now fry the pakoda in red and put them on the tissue paper.
  • 5. Serve hot with sauce.
