Ingredients For Red Lentil Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak daal for 5-6 hours.
  • 2. Now drain water and grind daal to a coarse paste.
  • 3. Add all ingredients except oats and oil. Bring all ingredients together like a dough.
  • 4. Moisten hands with water to avoid sticking of the dough. Pinch some part of the dough and shape into cylindrical kebab.
  • 5. In this way make all kebabs. Now roll them into dry oats and press lightly so that the oats stick well .
  • 6. Heat oil and deep fry these kebabs on medium to low flame till light brown.
  • 7. Enjoy these crispy from outside and soft from inside kebabs with chutney or sauce of your choice.
