Ingredients For Restaurant style Chicken Angara Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add chicken(cleaned),curd, ginger&garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala,red chilli powder, Salt and give it a good mix, keep it to marinate for 1 hours.
  • 2. Heat Kadai add oil after 3 minutes add the whole chicken along with the marinade fry for 7 to 10 minutes over medium heat till the oil separates.
  • 3. Add tomato puree fry for 3 minutes then add Barista & almond paste stir well.
  • 4. Add water as gravy required then cover and cook for 10 minutes over low flame.
  • 5. When the chicken is prepared take it out in the serving bowl.
  • 6. Heat two charcoal pieces over the flame till it becomes very hot (red).
  • 7. Place the charcoal inside a small steel bowl and Carefully put it in the centre of the bowl in which the chicken is kept add 2 tsp of ghee immediately cover it.
  • 8. After 2 minutes it will absorb all the charcoal flavours then garnish with fresh cream, Ginger,corriander and serve hot.
