Ingredients For Rice kheer/ payes/ payasam recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice and soak it for 10min, By this time, in a pan, add milk and bring it to boil.
  • 2. Add bayleaf and boil it for next 10min in low flame.
  • 3. Now add the soaked rice and stir it continuously.
  • 4. Once the rice is completely soft, add sugar, salt, milkmaid, cardamom powder and dry fruits. Boil it and stir it until it us semi thick.
  • 5. Switch off the gas and let it cool. After cooling it will be thicker and will get a creamy texture. Serve it.
