Ingredients For Shahi Matar Pulav Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a large pan. Heat ghee.. Add cashew and almonds. Fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove it in a plate. Keep it aside.
  • 2. In same pan Add cumin seeds and all whole masala. Saute it
  • 3. Add onion and ginger. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add green peas.
  • 4. Now add all the dry spices . Mix it. Add soaked rice and 1/2 dry fruits . Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add 2 glass water. Give it to one boil. Low the heat. Cover it with lid. Cook until all the water soaked by rice. And it is well cooked.
  • 6. Turn off the flame . Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with dry fruits.
