Ingredients For Soya kofta curry recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all boil soya chunks, cool it , squeeze the water from it.
  • 2. Now grind the soya chunks finely.
  • 3. Take this soya granules into bowl, add 1 chopped onion.
  • 4. Then add 1 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste.
  • 5. Add chat masala,1 tablespoons garam masala, salt, green chilli n roasted besan.
  • 6. Mix it well. Make balls of it n deep fry
  • 7. Soya kofta balls are ready.
  • 8. Now for gravy, heat the oil in a kadai, add jeera seeds.
  • 9. Now put ginger garlic paste, rest of chopped onion.
  • 10. Fry them, then add onion paste n cook it.
  • 11. Mix all dry masala into tomato paste and add into onion, ginger garlic paste.
  • 12. Saute till the masala leaves oil in a kadai. Also add cashew paste for creamy texture.
  • 13. Now add beaten curd, salt and required amount of water.
  • 14. Mix it and boil the gravy. Put the soya kofta balls in gravy and cook on slow medium flame.
  • 15. Now serve this kofta with rice or parathas
