Ingredients For Spinach Muthiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and grind spinach. Now put wheat flour, semolina, gram flour, spinach paste, grated gourd, salt and all the spices in a bowl.
  • 2. To make dough and make muthiya.
  • 3. Now heat the water in a vessel and cook the Muthiya in steam.
  • 4. After being cooled cut it.
  • 5. Now heat oil and mix it by adding green chili, coriander,mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds and muthias. Served with mint sauce.
