Ingredients For Sprouts Jowar Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly take pressure, cook add the sprouted jowar and water. cook up to 3-4 whistle
  • 2. Further take one pan add the oil and heat it then add the chana dal and urad saute for a whileNext add the mustard seeds,cumin seeds let it Splutter then add the ginger ,green chillies, Curry leaves saute for a while
  • 3. Further add the Onion saute for 1-2 mins on medium flameNext add the capsicum, carrot and salt saute till veggies are cooked nicley
  • 4. And last add all spices and mix nicely Then add the cooked sprouts jowar and coriander leaves mix nicley . cover and cook for 10 mins on medium heatTransfer it on a serving plate
