Ingredients For Srikhand in walnut garden recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, crush walnuts into small pieces and set aside.
  • 2. To make the chocolate cups, melt dark chocolate in double boiler method. Once melted, take two silicone moulds and spread a thin layer of melted chocolate to coat them.
  • 3. Spread crushed walnuts on the chocolate layer and refrigerate the mould for 15 minutes to set. After 15 minutes, demould carefully and our chocolate cups are ready.
  • 4. Coat two walnut halves in melted chocolate and freeze to set. Coat the remaining crushed walnuts in chocolate and let set.
  • 5. Now, we are going to add one more element to our dish- honey glazed walnuts. For this, mix walnuts with honey, salt, cinnamon powder and bake for 5 minutes.
  • 6. To prepare shrikhand, combine together hung curd, powder sugar, cinnamon powder, chocolate coated crushed walnuts and whisk till light. Walnut Shrikhand is ready.
  • 7. Finally to assemble the dessert, in a serving plate, place the chocolate cups, fill with Walnut shrikhand and garnish with chocolate coated walnut halves. Place honey glazed walnuts in the sides and serve chilled.
