Stuffed garlic bread on tawa Recipe

We all love dominos garlic bread but why to spend when you can make it at home easily with two tawas or an OTG. Even without and oven a great garlic bread can be made.

Recipe Notes

Yeast can also be used but it would be difficult to cook it on the tawa and it may taste raw. The dough should very soft and smooth. The top crust of bread will not get a colour on the double tawa so it is important to cook it on the single tawa for a good crust.
