Methods
  • 1. Soak tapioca for around 3 hours
  • 2. When it is soaked and become soft and translucent strain it.
  • 3. Now heat up a non stick pan and add ghee.
  • 4. When the ghee becomes hot add jeera, green chillies, saute for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Now add the tapioca, salt, black pepper powder, and dry mango powder.
  • 6. Saute for 5 minutes more.
  • 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
