Do not use much water to soak, add till sabudana gets dipped.

Methods
  • 1. Soak the sabudana for about two hours.
  • 2. Seive the soaked sabudana and leave it for half an hour more.
  • 3. Add peanuts powder and mix.
  • 4. Heat a pan, add ghee, when ghee is hot add, cumin, chilli and ginger.
  • 5. Now add sabudana, salt and black pepper powder, saute and cook on a low flame, covered.
  • 6. Garnish with roasted cashews. Serve hot.
