  • 1. Mix all the flour in a bowl.
  • 2. Add all the other ingredients in the flour.
  • 3. Make a soft dough with the use of water.
  • 4. Make small roundels of the dough and flatten it.
  • 5. Heat the pan and spread little oil on it . Shallow fry all the flatten breads.
  • 6. Serve with curd
  • 7. raita or pickle of your choice.
