Ingredients For Tofu-vegan -almondmilk+{Oats Smoothie Bowl Recipe)

Methods
  • 1. Soak chia seeds in ½ cup of almond milk and keep in freeze for 2 hours. Cook the remaining almond milk for 5 minutes.Cool .Blend all ingredients with almond milk (except toppings) in a blender or food processor, using a spatula to scrape down the sides as needed, until thick and creamy.
  • 2. Now mix well with almond milk –chia seeds mixture. Now base is ready for Smoothie Bowl. Pour into1 large bowl and add toppings. Garnish with mint leaf .
  • 3. Delicious Tofu-vegan oats almondmilk Smoothie Bowl is ready to enjoy! I like it ,When served chilled.
