Ingredients For Tomato Rasam

Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook toor dal & tomatoes for 4to 5 whistles.
  • 2. Then when cool strain it out completely
  • 3. Then ground the masala(garlic pods, coriander leaves, mint leaves, black peppercorns, jeera)
  • 4. In a kadai add oil fry mustard seeds curry leaves an dry red chilli when crackle add the grounded masala
  • 5. Then fry fr sometime , then add the tasty tales of Mylapore vathal kozhambu an mix well
  • 6. Then add the red chilli pd an mix well. Then add the strained water
  • 7. Combination of tomatoes & toor dal
  • 8. Bring it to a boil , then add the tamarind pulp, salt to taste
