Methods
  • 1. Add 1 tbsp oil to pressure cooker & add mustard seeds,curry leaves & onion & saute till onion becomes translucent
  • 2. Add 1 cup tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric & mix well
  • 3. Cook it till comes out
  • 4. Add vegetables like peas, beans, cauliflower,carrot & mix well
  • 5. Then add 1 cup dalia & mix well
  • 6. Add 3 cups water & pressure cook it for 4 whistles
  • 7. Now serve it hot
