Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar till it turns whitish, beat it with electric beater,
  • 2. To same bowl seive plain flour, custard powder, pinch salt, baking powder,baking soda ,mix all well
  • 3. Make a crumble texture
  • 4. Add tutti frutti , cashewnutts , milk, pineapple essence
  • 5. Mix all well a moist flour is prepared,knead a dough out of this
  • 6. Roll the dough cylindrically,wrap tightly ,refrigerate it for 1 hour
  • 7. now unwrap the dough,Cut thick slice out of it
  • 8. Now cookies are ready to bake,bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 15 minutes
  • 9. Cookies are bakes let it cool completely
  • 10. Serve it with hot coffee,tea,milk
