Ingredients For Unique Breakfast Recipe With Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 1 cup poha/flatenned rice for 10 minutes
  • 2. Add soaked poha & 3/4cup wheat flour, salt to taste & 1/2cup water to a mixer jar
  • 3. Transfer grinded batter to a mixing bowl & add onion, capsicum,carrot,green chillies, coriander leaves ,chilli flakes & mix well
  • 4. Grease pan with oil & spread it like dosa but thick.
  • 5. Add oil on sides & cook both sides well & serve hot
