Methods
  • 1. Dry roast krishna rawa till it's raw smell goes
  • 2. Then in a kadai add oil, fry mustard seeds, channe ki dal, urad dal, curry leaves let it crackle till light brown
  • 3. Then add chopped onions, fry till light pink, then add tomato fry nicely till oil comes out
  • 4. Then add red chilli pd, turmeric pd, biryani pd , coriander leaves & mix well
  • 5. Then add water an bring it to a boil . Then add lime juice
  • 6. Then add the roasted rawa slowly slowly so that no lumps r formed
  • 7. Keep stirring till it leaves it's sides. Then take a plate , grease the plate with oil all over
  • 8. Then spread the upma ll over the plate an refrigerator it for about half an hour
  • 9. Then remove from the fridge an cut into pieces an deep fry it
  • 10. Sprinkle chat masala on top of it. And add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
