Methods
  • 1. Dry roast rawa.
  • 2. Heat oil + ghee in a wok. Add mustard seeds and urad dal. Saute it. Add curry leaves, green chilli and onion. Saute.
  • 3. Add capsicum and matar. Cook it for few minutes.
  • 4. Add salt, kali mirch , cumin powder and roasted Rawa. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add 3 times hot water and. lemon juice. Stir continuously. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Add cashew and coriander leaves. Herve hot.
