Ingredients For Veg chilli milli sabji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl soak Kashmiri red chilli powder in 4 tbsp water for half hour
  • 2. Now in a pan take ghee 2 tbsp and oil 2 tbso
  • 3. Heat it ,then add cinnamon ,cloves,black pepper powder,cardamom powder,cumin seeds and melon seeds to this pan saute it for 5 minutes
  • 4. Now to this pan add grated bottle gaurd and saute it till it turns golden brown
  • 5. Now add chopped tomotoes to it saute till it gets soft ,add salt to taste
  • 6. Now add Kashmiri red chilli paste to this mix all well ,add kasuri methi to it saute till 5 minutes ,add 2 tbsp water not much water to this just 2 tbsp
  • 7. Let this gravy get cooled ,churn it in mixy to a very smooth paste
  • 8. Now in another pan take 3 tbsp ghee and 3 tbsp oil heat it ,add cumin seeds let it pop
  • 9. To this pan add shredded cabbage saute it for five minutes till it gets soft ,now add capsicum and saute it for five minutes ,add salt to taste
  • 10. Now to this pan add whole green chillies,garam masala,the above prepared gravy ,little bit water around 5 tbsp
  • 11. Now add boiled beans ,cubes of paneer,home made cream,grated paneer,milk,khoya,sugar to this pan ,
  • 12. Now just give one last mix and let the oil get seperated from sabji switch off the gas
  • 13. Serve this sabji with roti,naan,salad,rice
