Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and sauté for a minute.
  • 3. Add all other vegetables and sauté for a minute.
  • 4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix it well.
  • 5. Add a dash of lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve hot
