Veg Singapuri chowmin is well known in india nd thid is the indochines recipe it matches the taste buds of indian naturally this recipe is very well excepted in most urban cities. i personally like it as a change, i make this recipe for my brunch (with sham ki chai ) and sometimes dinner which easily solves my purpose.

Ingredients For Veg singapuri chowmin (Noodles) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly heat oil and saute garlic,ginger, chilli and spring onion.
  • 2. Now saute onion until it changes colour or become transparent.
  • 3. Add carrot, cabbage and capsicum. Stir fry on high flame without overcooking.
  • 4. Add turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, pepper and salt.
  • 5. Saute on low flame without burning the spices. now add soy sauce and mix well.
  • 6. Add in cooked noodles and mix well mix veneger nd food colour and add it in noodles (totally optional)
  • 7. Enjoy singapore noodles topped with spring onions.
