Ingredients For Veg Soya Chowmein

Methods
  • 1. Deep fry soya chaap strips till golden and crunchy. Season with salt and keep it aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and saute till it changes color.
  • 3. Add all veggies and stir fry for a minute.
  • 4. Add boiled noodles and sauces. Mix well.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper. Top it with fried soya strips. Mix well.
  • 6. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve immediately.
