Ingredients For Veg Soya Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice 2-3 times.
  • 2. Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Stir.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and chillies. Cook a little. Add onions.
  • 4. Cook for some time. Add potatoes, carrot, cauliflower. Cook very well.
  • 5. Add all the spices. Stir well.
  • 6. Add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • 7. Add rice. Cook till one whistle. Put off the flame.
  • 8. Open the lid when pressure is completely released.
  • 9. Transfer in a serving dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • 10. Serve hot with curd and chutney.
