Ingredients For Vegetable upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, dry roast semolina on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • 2. Keep aside to cool completely.
  • 3. Now in a pan heat ghee and add Mustard , asafoetida, curry leaves and green chilli and ginger paste.
  • 4. Now saute till the Mustard seeds splitter.
  • 5. Add onion and capsicum and saute well
  • 6. Now add water and get to vigorous.
  • 7. Add salt , turmaric , red chilli and tomato and mix well.
  • 8. Keeping the flame on low start adding roasted semolina slowly , stirring continuously in another hand.
  • 9. Now mix continuously till the semolina absorbs water.
  • 10. Cover and simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes or till upma is cooked well.
  • 11. Add coriander leaves and mix well and serve it .
