Ingredients For Vegetables stuffed Rose Momos Recipes

Methods
  • 1. For the dough - Take out the flour in a bowl. Mix salt and oil and mix well.
  • 2. Divide into two parts. Mix beetroot juice in one part and knead soft dough with water both the parts separately
  • 3. Leave doughs covered for half an hour.
  • 4. For stuffing- Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it.Add ginger and chopped chillies (if using
  • 5. I did not use it)and saute for 1 minute.
  • 6. Add the cut vegetables
  • 7. Mix black pepper, soya sauce, red chilli, salt and coriander and fry for 2 minutes. The stuffing to fill in the momos is ready (If you also want onion or garlic then fry them before adding the vegetables).
  • 8. Take the red part of dough and roll into roti of 9 diameter.
  • 9. and give the shape of cylinder to it and fill in red roti.Roll roti tightly covering white shape of cylinder.
  • 10. Now take white part keep the roll in refrigerator for 15 minutes and take out to give it rose shaped momos..
  • 11. Cut the roll into 12 parts
  • 12. Roll each part into thin rotis.
  • 13. Join 3 rotis using water.
  • 14. Place ready filling in the middle and fold then lightly press to secure filling.
  • 15. Roll to give the shape of rose.
  • 16. Similarily make all the roses.
  • 17. Steam cook for 15 minutes.
  • 18. Arrange on a platter garnished by green onion parts
  • 19. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
