Batter is in right consistency. you can add the veggies like as per the choice. you can also shallow fry the nuggets like make tikki shape and then shallow fry these nuggets in less oil.

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl and and mash the potato then add onion capsicum corn carrot cheese crushed black paper ginger- garlic paste salt ajwain rawa and besan into the mixture and mix it well.
  • 2. After that make a pakora batter with the help of little bit water.
  • 3. After that heat up a kadhaai on the gas stove and pour the oil into the kadhaai. When the oil is heated up take the batter into the hand and then drop the pakora one by one in to the oil and fry till golden brown.
  • 4. The veggie nuggets are ready. Serve it with Tomato and Almond Chutney.
