Methods
  • 1. add oil in a pan .
  • 2. add onion and fry until golden brown and keep aside
  • 3. add capsicum and cook a little then keep aside
  • 4. to the remaining oil add mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, green chili, turmeric
  • 5. now add poha , salt and coriander leaves and mix well together .
  • 6. Then add the cooked capsicum and onion (which were kept aside) and let everything cook together
  • 7. serve hot
