How to make Vermicelli Kheer Recipe

1. Fry dryfruits in ghee and keep it aside. Add cardamom, bayleaf, wait for 15-20sec to get the nice aroma.
2. Add vermicelli and fry till it is golden in color. Add milk and brink it to boil.
3. Boil for 15min in low flame and stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
4. When it becomes thick, add sugar, condense milk, dry fruits. Mix it well.
5. Cook for another 5min and turn off the gas, let it cool completely. Serve.
