Methods
  • 1. 1. Mix wheat flour, suji, ghee make hard dough
  • 2. 2 make balls in equal quantity
  • 3. 4. Heat bati oven for 5 min
  • 4. 5. All balls put in bati oven on low flame
  • 5. 6. Bake all batis ( balls) on low flame both side
  • 6. 7. Now bati is ready to made churma
  • 7. 8. Grind the bati coarsely into the grinder and remove it to a bowl.
  • 8. 9. Add melted warm ghee and mix till everything is incorporated well.
  • 9. 10. Then add sugar, dry fruitsand cardamom powder and mix.
