Ingredients For Wheat flour aloo kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Prepare a soft dough by using wheat flour, ghee, salt and water and rest for 15 mins.
  • 2. In a pan, add oil, jeera, coriander seeds, fennel seeds.
  • 3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, asafoetida.
  • 4. Add mashed potato and saute for few minutes
  • 5. From the dough, make small balls , flatten it
  • 6. Add some potato stuffing, close it and press in hand to give kachori shape.
  • 7. Deep fry and serve hot.
