Methods
  • 1. In a Mal Mal cloth put a tea bag and tie it properly. In a pressure cooker, add chole , chai Patti , turmeric powder, salt and wate. Boil until it becomes soft .
  • 2. In a mixer jar, add onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and tomato . Blend it . Take a heavy bottom wok add oil heat it . Add whole spices .
  • 3. Add blend masala. Roast it. Add spices. Mix it.
  • 4. Add boiled chole. Simmer it .
  • 5. Add water as per needed. Boil it. Add kasuri methi and tamarind pulp.
