Ingredients For Winter Special “ SHAHI PALAK PANEER “

Methods
  • 1. Wash the spinach. Remove it’s stem portion. Take a pan add water, spinach, green chilli and pinch of salt. Give it 1-2 boil . Let it cool.
  • 2. In a mixture jar add boiled spinach. Grind it to make a smooth paste.
  • 3. Take a wok heat ghee or butter in it. Add cumin seeds and other whole spices. Saute it for few seconds. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute it on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Add tomato puree , salt in it . Saute it.
  • 5. Now add spinach paste . Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Add paneer pieces. Mix it with spinach. Add fresh cream in it. Stir continuesly on low flame.
  • 7. Finally add garam masala. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a serving bowl. Garnish with grated paneer.
