Perfect
Beautiful and very attractive color combination with a good quality packing. It clearly states that it may contain traces of wheat, soy, mustard, milk, celery, and nuts. The pack states it has 5 times more fiber but doesn’t mention in comparison to what and then it mentions about having as much fiber as 1 chapati of the back of the packet. For a tiny pack of 16 gms, it has a super long list of ingredients. Do go through the list and see for yourself and think about what you are consuming.

It is very colourful and flavourful soup , one of the favourite soups of mine. Very healthy and delicious. It is very easy to cook . Low calorie and high fiberd soup. Refreshing and tangy . But I would say that fresh soup is always good and healthy.
