Tasty tales Mangalorean Ghee Roast
I'm thankful for gotochef people who sent me ths hamper . I used ths product . I really like the paste , since the spices were perfectly blended an made my dish too yummy an tastier . From ths paste I made vermicelli upma& mix vegetable sabji . In this paste since masalas were first only added no need to add extra . If u wish to add more masalas it's upto u . U can use ths paste to make ur egg curry or panneer gravy . U can store this mixture in the fridge for a week or two or a month depends on ur usage . I'm glad to use ths paste . I would be sharing my recipe , since I hv used ths paste in my two dishes

Super spicy masala
Tasty Tales Manglorean Ghee Roast thank you TASTY TALES AND GOTOCHEF for sending me this hamper , tried this ready to use curry paste. Its a traditional Mangalorean recepie,cooking instruction mention behind the pack where this curry paste you can use for veg and nonveg both like paneer,prawns and chicken. So I tried with both one was with paneer and one with chicken both the result was super awesome in taste. The quantity 140gms is quiet enough to make 500gms chicken and 250gms paneer . The spices used are perfect ,but the only problem I find is the masala is too spicy where as I prepared dividing the masala into two to make 2 dishes but still the spiciness was more . People who love to eat spicy can enjoy ,but elderly people can have acidity problem if they eat this much spicy ,so to balance one ingredient is missing which is jaggery maybe it can help to maintain the spice balance. Pack is good price is also reasonable for the quantity it will be enough for one kg chicken also. Please check the ration of chilli 7.8%to 5.8 to balance perfect taste of authentic and add jaggery also for MANGLOREAN GHEE ROAST.

Usage Tip:
• Add some jaggery to balance the spiciness and use the pack as per the quantity you goingbto make .

Curry Made Easy
Hereafter healthy curry can be made easily with the use of this paste. This pack has clear step by step instructions at the back. Also it comes with a neat and awesome pouch and we can cook 1/2kg panner or chicken or prawns with this pouch. This is very helpful for working women as it reduces the time of gravy preparing. Also chopping time is greatly reduced as there is no need to chop onion and tomato for curry. The price is also reasonable and the taste is very awesome. The mangalorean ghee roast flavour from Anamma with love is really rocking and this is a boon for bachelors as cooking is so easy with this now..This serves 4 and has a great nutritional value pinned with it.. Surely you can give this a try without hesitation..

• Can use with chicken, panner,prawns or with any vegetable

Good Product
Ghee roast is traditional recipe usually preferred for Non Veg recipes. Tasty Tales ghee roast curry paste makes the recipe easier by providing the curry in ready to make packet. All you need to do is follow the instructions written very aptly behind the packet. Being a vegetarian I went for the Paneer version. I found the curry to be very spicy for our taste buds more so that the spice overcame all the tastes which should have been highlighted. Ghee roast is all about the spices roasted and grind and the final taste elevates the combined tastes of the ground condiments and the ghee but with Tasty Tales all other taste was lost behind the spiciness. I used curd in the gravy also apart from roasting the paneer to balance the spiciness. In all it is a very unique idea to make a ready to use packet but the spice needs to be balanced. The taste of the Tamarind is good but again a bit hidden behind the spiciness.

It's a value pack that helps cook a curry wala subji very quickly.
The main thing about the paste is that it's spicy and people who are allergic to spicy food should avoid it. Otherwise it is really nice ready to use pack. Have tried making the trending roti wraps and a sabji using paneer and all the three bell peppers. Basically you can use this twice and store the remaining contents in refrigerator. Thanks to GOTOCHEF team and TASTY TASTE team to send me this product!

Mangalorean Ghee Roast
The Taste Was Amazing with a Hint of Achari Flavour, Loved the Unique Packaging with Detailed Cooking Instructions, It’s absolutely Value for Money only if You have a very High Spice Tolerance, As the Name Suggests it’s Very Tasty but Very Spicy, Overall You should Definitely give it a try.

Usage Tip:
• Add Fresh Cream, Coconut Milk or Tomato Purée to Tone down the Spice

little bit spicy but tastes good
Thankyou gotochef for sending me this product I was super excited to use this but after checking the ingredients I found it must be spicy. As my family is not fond of spicy foods was lil sceptical for the taste but decided to try once with little amount.made potato n peas ghee roast with half amount of pack and yes taste was superb.must try product. My suggestion is please make the packaging zip lock so it would be easy to store after opening the pack

• Be careful of the amount while using if you are spice intolerant

Tatsty Tales ghee roast
First off all I am blessed to be chosen as one for reviewing this product . Thanks a lot to go to Chef Team for that. Coming to the review of the product I used very little of the product in one dish as off now as I want to experiment in many different ways to know how best it can be used. Taste is awesome spicy like I do but not sure if the amount of ghee can be reduced this part need to check in other recipes too. Texture of it is too good colour too. Aroma fills the whole house which is awesome. All at home over all liked the taste. The packing could be better something like a zip lock or may be a small spout like thing with a cap like in delmonte tomatoe sauce . Pricing not sure if it’s high because of the amount of ghee in it. Over all the product is good and will try many more recipes ans write a review on it soon .

Usage Tip:
• Use little at a time to adjust the recipe accordingly.

Highly recommend for easy to go and quick fix its perfect blend of masala makes it more appealing both tastewise and texturewise Goes well with any dish curry cusine
