Bonda is an Indian snack with both sweet and savory version and is called by different names in different region. So the recipe I am sharing today is a South Indian style savory version "Aloo Bonda". Aloo bonda is a famous South Indian street food and a popular snack across the region. It is a deep fried snacks made of spiced potato balls which are dipped in gram flour and rice flour batter and deep fried to golden beauties; crispy outer coating and soft delicious spiced potato stuffing, a perfect party snacks served in style with bread tarts and an amazing snacks for monsoon season.
For serving :Â Fried curry leaves, fried green chillies, green chutney and onion rings
Peri peri seasoning for that zing and cheesy goodness for that comfort...
