Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl, mix bajra flour, wheat flour, fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, yogurt, ginger garlic green chilly paste and salt.
  • 2. Knead it into semi soft dough.
  • 3. Heat oil in frying pan over medium flame.
  • 4. Take some dough and roll it into 2 inch thick puris.
  • 5. Fry them till it gets golden brown. Remove from the oil and keep it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  • 6. Serve immediately with hot chai.
