Ingredients For Bajra Muthia Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl mix all ingredients properly
  • 2. Make soft dough.Grease your hands n make logs.
  • 3. Now boil water in steamer. Grease perforated plate.
  • 4. Put logs n steam for 15 minutes
  • 5. Now take out n let it cool for 5 mins.Cut roundels. Keep aside.
  • 6. Now prepare tadka by heating oil in pan.
  • 7. Put rai jeera n til n curry leaves. Pour this tadka all over muthias.
  • 8. Now take out muthias in serving dish.
  • 9. Squeeze lime juice on it n garnish with coriander leaves.
  • 10. Serve hot with green chutney .
