Everyone knows gulgule and it's a very famous sweet dish in Ramdan especially on Eid this is a very important cuisine. and everybody loves it, but here I have given some different taste which is mouthwatering.i thought let's make it with another way and add banana flavour in it. really taste well and something unique.lets makes it.

Gulgule will become spongy and it depends how much you're mixing the dough you should mix it more and more as I have added dryfruit powder you can add cut dryfruits. fry it on medium flame it self otherwise it will not cook from inside.

Methods
  • 1. Get off skin from banana cut it in to small pieces, add in mixi jar, make a fine paste.
  • 2. Now take bowl, add wheat flour and baking soda. Mix it well.
  • 3. Now add sugar powder and green elaichi powder mix it well.
  • 4. Now pour banana paste and kaju badam powder in it and mix it continuously.
  • 5. It should be thick paste, if needed then add 2-3 spoon and continuously mix it without getting lumps.
  • 6. Now keep it for 15 minutes by covering it.
  • 7. Now keep kadai on medium flame add oil for deep frying.
  • 8. Again mix the mixture till oil gets warm. Now put small small portion of paste in oil.
  • 9. Try to put round shape of gulgule. It looks beautifull.
  • 10. Fry till get dark golden. Make it all.
