Everyone knows gulgule and it's a very famous sweet dish in Ramdan especially on Eid this is a very important cuisine. and everybody loves it, but here I have given some different taste which is mouthwatering.i thought let's make it with another way and add banana flavour in it. really taste well and something unique.lets makes it.
Gulgule will become spongy and it depends how much you're mixing the dough you should mix it more and more as I have added dryfruit powder you can add cut dryfruits. fry it on medium flame it self otherwise it will not cook from inside.
Quick chatpata and healthy addition to plain papad.
Sindhi speciality double fried for extra crispiness.
