Beetroot Idli Dhokla Recipe

Healthy and Tasty Breakfast. They get bored by eating the same dhokla all the time. So today I have made Dhokla in Idli mould. And beetroot is added to it, so it's just a new breakfast.

Ingredients For Beetroot Idli Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put curd and green chili in the mixer jar. Whisk well. Sieve the gram flour in a vessel.
  • 2. Then add baking powder and eno to the solution. And add one spoon of water and beat it well.
  • 3. Now add some water to the beetroot and grind it. And filter it. And now put it in the solution.
  • 4. Now pour water into the idli mold and keep it hot on the gas. Now grease the idli mold with oil, and pour the gram flour batter. Cover and let it steam for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5.  For tempering- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies, curry leaves to it. Then add 1/2 cup water. Then add salt, sugar and lemon juice .
  • 6. Ready, healthy breakfast.
