Ingredients For Besan Rava Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add rava and besan into it then add curd 2tsp sugar 2 tsp refined oil salt and mix it.Add water as required.
  • 2. Then let the batter rest for 10 minutes.Then prepare the garnishing of dhoklas.
  • 3. Take a pan heat 1 tsp of oil add mustard and cumin seeds then add green chillies curry leaves and half cup water.Then add 2tsp sugar and bring it to a boil.
  • 4. Now pour some water in a kadhai put a steaming plate into it grease it with oil and preheat it for 5 minutes.Then take the batter add 1 packet of eno into it and give it a good mix ant pour it into the steaming plate.
  • 5. Then steam it for 20 minutes and then let it cool down.Then cut the dhoklas add the prepared garnished and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and desiccated coconut.
  • 6. Now the yummy dhoklas are ready to be served.
