Methods
  • 1. Boiled broken wheats with two cups of water in a pressure cooker,also boil the green veggies in the pan.
  • 2. Combine all the above listed ingredients except suji and make a dough.
  • 3. Divide the dough into a ball,make a flat patties of medium thickness,coat with suji.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and place the dalia cutlet and shallow fry from both the sides until golden and crispy.
  • 5. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
