Ingredients For Brown rice Mango Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, the rice has to be cooked and cooled properly.
  • 2. After that in a mixing jar make mango puree from mango.
  • 3. After that fry cashew nuts and raisins in a pan with ghee.
  • 4. Now put whole spices and bay leaves in the same pan.
  • 5. Now one by one put chopped green chillies and chopped ginger and stir it for few seconds
  • 6. Now put the rice in the same pan. Now add rosted dry fruits, nutmeg and mace powder.
  • 7. Now add lime juice, salt to taste, mango puree and mint leafs.
  • 8. Finally mix the food well and cover it and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • 9. In the last switch off the flame and serve it hot.
