Methods
  • 1. wash the rice soak them in water for some time.
  • 2. Meanwhile, heat the ghee in the pressure cooker on medium flame
  • 3. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. add cinnamon stick, cloves and green chillies in it.
  • 4. Now add the onions and garlic and stir fry until they turn a little brown
  • 5. Now Add the soaked brown rice and all the chopped vegetables and saute them for a while.
  • 6. Add the garam masala and salt as per your taste.Mix them well
  • 7. Pour in 2 cups of water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
  • 8. Turn off the flame open the cooker when pressure is automatically release.
  • 9. transfer the pulao to a serving bowl Then, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
