Ingredients For Cabbage pista spinach barfi recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, boil water, add chopped cabbage give two boil , then drain all water.
  • 2. Then in a pan, heat ghee saute this parboiled cabbage for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Now add milk to it , stir till milk gets absorbed and cabbage gets soften.
  • 4. Now add grated jaggery mix all well.
  • 5. Then add spinach puree.
  • 6. Add khoya mix till mixture begins to form lump.
  • 7. Now add honey ,peanut butter, cardamom powder, desicatted coconut.
  • 8. Mix till mixture begins to leave sides of pan.
  • 9. The barfi is ready transfer it in greased tray and let it come to room temperature.
  • 10. Now set it in freeze for 30 minutes.
  • 11. Now put it in desired mould and unmould it .
  • 12. Serve it with garnish of grated pista and desicatted coconut.
