Ingredients For Carrot Mani Kozukotai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First roast the rice flour for 3 minutes and transfer to a bowl and add carrots and hot water to it and make a soft dough.
  • 2. Now grease your palms and grease a half teaspoon and make small balls and steam these balls for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Now chop coconut to small pieces, put it in a blender along with coriander and green chilli and pinch of salt and blend well.
  • 4. Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds urad dhal hing and let it splutter.
  • 5. Once it browns add the coriander paste and cook for two minutes.
  • 6. At this stage add the steamed rice balls and mix well and serve hot.
