Ingredients For CHICKEN DAKBUNGLOW RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the whole garam masala ,make a paste of green chilly,ginger garlic paste and roasted graram masala.
  • 2. Fry the potatoes and hard boiled eggs until golden brown.
  • 3. Wash and marinate the chicken with roasted garam masala paste,curd and 2 tbsp mustard oil and keep aside for 3 - 4 hours or whole night.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onion and fry until golden.
  • 5. Add the marinated chicken and mix well.
  • 6. Add the turmeric powder,red chilly powder and coriander powder,sugar and salt and mix well.
  • 7. Cover it and cook for ten minutes on high heat.
  • 8. Add fried potatoes and egg and cook until oil seperates.
  • 9. Add two cups of water and cook for five minutes.
  • 10. Serve hot.
